摘　　要：四妙丸为清热祛湿的常用方,临床多用于治疗关节疼痛及皮肤病等。张宁教授运用四妙丸加味治疗2型糖尿病、痛风、高尿酸血症、慢性肾脏病、泌尿道感染及多汗症等病症取得较好的临床疗效,进一步验证和拓展了四妙丸的运用范围,今后可以推广应用。Simiao Wan(四妙丸)is a common prescription for clearing away heat and dehumidifying.It is often clinically used to treat joint pain and skin diseases.Professor ZHANG Ning applied Simiao Wan to treat type 2 diabetes,gout,hyperuricemia,chronic kidney disease,urinary tract infection,hyperhidrosis and other diseases,and achieved good therapeutic effects,which further verified and expanded the application scope of Simiao Wan.It can be popularized and applied in the future.
