安络化纤丸联合恩替卡韦治疗慢性乙型病毒性肝炎肝纤维化有效性与安全性的系统评价

摘　　要：目的:系统评价安络化纤丸联合恩替卡韦治疗慢性乙型病毒性肝炎肝纤维化的有效性以及安全性,为延缓甚至逆转肝纤维化进程提供治疗思路和客观依据,延长患者的生命预期。方法:计算机检索中国知网数据库、万方数据库、维普期刊数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库、PubMed、Cochrane图书馆、中国临床注册中心、美国临床注册中心公开发表的文献,检索关于安络化纤丸联合恩替卡韦治疗慢性乙型病毒性肝炎肝纤维化的随机对照试验研究,对所纳入的研究进行评价分析。结果:共收集12项研究,958例患者。Meta分析显示观察组与对照组相比在肝纤维化的血清学标志物指标以及肝功能指标方面改善显著;在门静脉内径和脾脏厚度以及提高乙型病毒性肝炎病毒脱氧核糖核酸转阴率方面也有显著优势,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:安络化纤丸联合恩替卡韦对改善慢性乙型病毒性肝炎肝纤维化显著有效。Objective:To systematically evaluate the efficacy and safety of the Anluo Huaxian pills(安络化纤丸)plus entecavir on chronic hepatitis B liver fibrosis,and to provide treatment ideas and objective evidence for delaying or even reversing the process of liver fibrosis,then to extend patients’life expectancy.Methods:In CNKI,Wanfang,VIP,China Biomedical Literature Database,PubMed,the Cochrane library,Chinese Clinical Registry and American Clinical Registry,the RCT studies on the Anluo Huaxian pills plus entecavir on chronic hepatitis B liver fibrosis were retrieved,and the included studies were evaluated and analyzed.Results:A total of 12 studies with 958 patients were collected.Meta-analysis showed that compared with the control group,the observation group had more significant improvements in serum markers of liver fibrosis and liver function indicators;it also had more significant advantages in terms of portal vein diameter and spleen thickness,and increased HBV DNA conversion rate(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Anluo Huaxian pills plus entecavir is significantly effective in improving chronic hepatitis B liver fibrosis.
