摘 要:针对某声学实验室内甲醛污染物浓度严重超标的问题进行了实验分析,发现污染气体主要源头为制作声学实验室内壁的消声材料。针对实验室已建成并投入使用的实际情况,提出在实验室内设置具有浸渍铜锰氧化物的活性炭净化装置,以实现对甲醛的高效吸附。实验验证表明,浸渍铜锰氧化物的活性炭材料相比普通活性炭材料对甲醛的吸附效率明显提高,由普通活性炭材料的77%提高到95%,可使室内的甲醛质量浓度由0.211 mg/m^(3)降低为0.062 mg/m^(3),低于国家标准的限值,室内空气质量得到了明显改善。This paper carries out an experimental analysis on the problem of serious excessive concentration of formaldehyde pollutants in an acoustic laboratory,and finds that the main source of the polluted gas is the production of sound-absorbing materials for the inner wall of the acoustic laboratory.In view of the actual situation that the laboratory has been built and put into use,this paper proposes to set up a self-developed activated carbon purification device impregnated with copper manganese oxide in the laboratory to achieve efficient adsorption of formaldehyde.Test verification shows that compared with ordinary activated carbon materials,the activated carbon material impregnated with copper manganese oxide has a significantly higher formaldehyde adsorption efficiency,which is increased from 77% of ordinary activated carbon materials to 95%.The indoor formaldehyde mass concentration can be reduced from 0.211 mg/m^(3) to 0.062 mg/m^(3),which is lower than the national standard limit,and the indoor air quality has been significantly improved.
