摘  要:目的:本文以聚甲基氢硅氧烷和脱硫石膏为原材料,研究聚甲基氢硅氧烷的掺量对脱硫石膏砌块物理、力学和防水性能的影响。结果:当聚甲基氢硅氧烷掺量增至0.4%时,砌块的吸水率最小,力学性能最高,接触角增大至121.75°,说明形成的憎水膜趋于完整。结论:当聚甲基氢硅氧烷掺量大于0.4%,砌块表面憎水性的提升有限,反而会影响砌块的防水性能。Objective: Polymethylhydrosiloxane and desulfurized gypsum were used as raw materials in this paper. The influence of the content of polymethylhydrosiloxane on the physical, mechanical and waterproof properties of desulfurized gypsum blocks was studied. Results: when the content of polymethylhydrosiloxane increases to 0.4 wt.%, the water absorption value of the block is the lowest, the values of mechanical properties are the highest, and the contact angle increases to 121.75°, which indicates that the hydrophobic film tends to be complete. Conclusion: When the content of polymethylhydrosiloxane is more than 0.4%, the improvement of hydrophobicity of block surface is limited, which affects the waterproof performance of block.
