摘  要:本文对12%吡噻菌胺·氰霜唑悬浮剂制备研究和药效实验过程做了论述。从表面活性剂的筛选到最优配方的确定步骤都做了详细的介绍。主要介绍了聚氧乙烯山梨糖醇酐酯、二苄基苯酚聚氧乙烯醚磺酸钠、十二烷基硫酸钠这三种作为表面活性剂的对比流程。三次实验可以看出使用表面活性剂二苄基苯酚聚氧乙烯醚磺酸钠的实验中吡噻菌胺和氰霜唑的悬浮率,倾倒性,湿筛实验、持久起泡性都要优于聚氧乙烯山梨糖醇酐酯和十二烷基硫酸钠。在确定表面活性剂从而确定配方后,我们又做了两次药效实验,两次实验均有优异的表现。This paper is a study and pharmacodynamic experimental process for the preparation of 12%pythialamide cyanofrostazole suspension. The steps from the screening of surfactants to the determination of the optimal formula are introduced in detail. The comparison processes of polyoxyethylene sorbitol anhydride, dibenzyl phenol polyoxyethylene ether sodium sulphonate and sodium dodecyl sulphate as surfactants are mainly introduced.In the third experiment, it can be seen that the suspension rate, dumping, wet screening and long-lasting foaming properties of pythiamethiamine and cyanostazole in the experiment using the surfactant dibenzyl phenol polyoxyethylene ether sodium sulphonate are better than polyoxyethylene sorbitol anhydride and sodium dodecyl sulphate. After determining the surfactant to determine the formula, we did two more pharmacodynamic experiments,both of which had excellent performance.
