摘 要:为研究寒冷地区钢箱组合梁桥温度梯度模式,选取山东枣木高速公路某钢箱组合梁桥开展温度监测,共获取12个月的温度监测数据,基于概率统计方法确定了寒冷地区钢箱组合梁桥温度梯度模式标准值。研究结果表明:钢箱组合梁桥正、负温度梯度模式的双折线模型能够合理反映截面温度分布情况,其中负温度梯度在混凝土层内沿竖向方向先减小、后增大,在钢主梁上先增大、后保持不变;荷载重现期50年时,正、负温度梯度模式的标准值分别为15.4、6.1、-1.9、-9.2℃;荷载重现期100年时,正、负温度梯度模式的标准值分别为15.8、6.2、-2.1、-9.5℃;提出的寒冷地区温度梯度模式标准值高于现行规范中取值,在设计计算时应根据当地气象资料及结构类型等因素进一步确定。In order to study the temperature gradient model of steel-box composite girder bridge,an actual steel-box composite girder bridge of Zaomu Expressway in Shandong Province was selected to carry out temperature monitoring,and the 12-month data were obtained.Based on the probabilistic method,the standard values of temperature gradient models for steel-box composite girder bridge in cold district were determined.The results show that the double broken line model of the positive and negative temperature gradient models can reasonably reflect the cross-section temperature distribution of the steel-box composite girder bridge.The negative temperature gradient decreases first and then increases in the concrete layer along the vertical direction,and it increases first and then remains unchanged for the steel main girder.When the recurrence interval is 50 years,the standard values of positive and negative temperature gradient models are 15.4,6.1,-1.9 and-9.2℃,respectively.When the recurrence interval is 100 years,the standard values of positive and negative temperature gradient models are 15.8,6.2,-2.1 and-9.5℃,respectively.The proposed standard values of the temperature gradient model in cold district is higher than that in the current specifications,so it should be further determined according to the local meteorological data,structure types and other factors when performed the design and calculation.
