摘 要:漂石地层是典型的非均质土层,具有强度高、磨蚀性强的特点,盾构在漂石地层中掘进时刀具磨损十分严重。以北京地铁16号线榆树庄站~宛平城站盾构工程为背景,研究了盾构在漂石地层掘进的刀具磨损规律,结果表明:撕裂刀的磨损量随轨迹半径的增大而增大,刀盘大圆环附近的撕裂刀由于刀盘局部开口的减小,其平均磨损量远高于相邻轨迹上的刀具;由于大粒径漂石的碰撞作用,约有55%的刮刀出现合金块破损,刀盘大圆环附近所有刮刀均出现合金块破损的现象;不同轨迹上刮刀的平均磨损量变化趋势与出现合金块磕破的刮刀占比的变化趋势一致。研究结果可为类似地层条件下的刀盘结构选择、刀具布置提供参考。The boulder stratum is typically characterized by soil heterogeneity,high strength,and strong abrasiveness.The cutter wear is very severe when shield tunneling in the boulder stratum.Based on the engineering background of shield section from Yu-Wan Station of Beijing Metro Line 16,the cutter wear law of shield tunneling in boulder stratum was studied.The results show as follows.The wear of rippers increased with the increasing of the track radius.The average wear of rippers near the cutterhead ring was much higher than that on the adjacent track due to the reduction of the cutterhead opening ratio.Due to the collision of large-size boulders,approximately 55%of the scrapers had broken alloy blocks,and all scrapers near the cutterhead ring had such phenomenon.The distribution of average cutter wear on different tracks was consistent with the proportion of scrapers with alloy block broken.The results could provide references for the selection of cutterhead structure and cutter layout under such similar stratum.
