摘 要:介绍了某澳洲锂辉石矿的选矿试验研究结果。试验结果表明,在磨矿细度为-0.074 mm占76%时,通过一粗二扫三精+磁选除铁的选矿流程,获得了满足化工级-2的锂辉石精矿产品。同时,原矿中有价元素钽铌富集在含铁矿物中,Ta_(2)O_(5)、Nb_(2)O_(5)回收率分别达到36.55%、42.63%。Introduction has been made to a Lithium Carbide Ore Mineral beneficiation test research result in Australia.And the test result shows that while-0.074 m of grinding fineness covering by 76%,through beneficiation process flow of primary coarse crushing,secondary screening and ternary concentrate plus magnetic separation and iron removal,it has been obtained Lithium carbide ore mineral concentrates meeting with chemical level-2.Meanwhile valent element tantalum and niobium in the original ore enriching in iron-containing minerals,rate of recovery of Ta_(2)O_(5)、Nb_(2)O_(5) has reach 36.55%and 42.63%separately.
