摘 要:以某选厂铁精矿管道输送为例,结合矿浆流变试验数据,测出屈服应力、刚度系数与矿浆浓度关系、以及不同浓度不同管径下矿浆临界流速,确定出最佳输送浓度、输送流速、输送管径、管道敷设坡度以及输送泵的选用;最后通过该项目的顺利实施,简要分析牛顿体矿浆管道输送的设计要点。We set iron concentrate pipeline delivery of a beneficiation plant as an example,and in combination with mineral slurry rheological test data,it has been measured the relation between yield stress,stiffness coefficient and slurry density,as well as slurry critical flow rate under different density and different diameters of pipeline so as to define the selection of best delivery density,delivery flow rate,diameter of delivery pipeline,slope of pipeline laying,in conclusion,with the smooth execution of the project,a brief analysis of design key points of Newtonian body slurry pipeline delivery shall be made.
