摘　　要：根据柳钢240万t/a链篦机-回转窑生产工艺特点,分析了导致球团矿10~16 mm比例低的影响因素。通过实施除尘灰及膨润土仓下料改造,优化高压辊磨控制,返料杂物落地改造,筛分布料系统优化改造,优化热工制度等优化改造措施,球团矿10~16 mm比例由2015年的77.58%逐步提高到了2021年上半年的82.71%,取得了较好的效果。According to the production process characteristics of 2.4 million t/a traveling grate-rotary kiln of Liuzhou Iron&Steel Co.,Ltd.,analyze the influencing factors that lead to the low ratio of 10-16 mm pellets.Through the implementation of dedusting ash and bentonite bin blanking transformation,the optimization of high-pressure roller mill control,the transformation of returned debris landing,the optimization of screening distribution system,the optimization of thermal system and other optimization transformation measures,the ratio of pellets 10-16mm has gradually increased from 77.58%in 2015 to 82.71%in the first half of 2021,and good results have been achieved.
