摘 要:以某钼尾矿为主要原料,配以一定比例的粉煤灰,制备钼尾矿粉煤灰烧结砖。在钼尾矿和粉煤灰化学分析基础上,研究了粉煤灰掺量和成型水分对钼尾矿粉煤灰烧结砖性能的影响。结果表明,最佳制备条件为:粉煤灰掺量5%,成型水分12%,在此条件下,所得钼尾矿烧结砖的抗压强度为24.82 MPa,吸水率为14.51%,体积密度为1.83 g/cm^(3),烧失重为7.81%,各项指标均满足普通烧结砖的要求,为钼尾矿及粉煤灰的高效综合利用提供了一条发展思路。Let’s take a Molybdenum tailing as the main raw material,adding with a certain percentage of coal ash,thus preparing molybdenum tailing coal ash sintering brick.And on the basis of chemical analysis of Molybdenum tailing and coal ash,it has been studied on the influences of performance of Molybdenum tailing coal ash sintering brick with coal ash admixture and molding moisture.The results show that the best preparation condition shall be:coal ash mixture to be 5%,molding moisture to be 12%,under such condition,the compressive strength obtained of Molybdenum tailing sintering brick to be 24.82 MPa,rate of water absorption to be 14.51%,bulk density to be 1.83 g/cm^(3),loss on ignition to be 7.81%,all of the indexes have meet with ordinary sintering brick requirements,which has been provided with a development idea for the efficient and comprehensive utilization of Molybdenum tailing and coal ash.
