摘 要:径向水平井开发过程中砾石充填参数对充填效率的影响不容忽视。为了研究径向水平井砾石充填过程中各因素对充填效率的影响以及如何合理配置参数的问题,基于计算流体动力学对砾石充填工具进行数值模拟分析,并将仿真数值与正交试验结果进行横向对比,评估数值模拟分析结果的准确性。结果表明:砂浆排量越高、携砂液黏度越大的砾石输送的距离远,更易到达径向水平井水平段末端,充填效率更高;携砂比越大,虽然砾石沉降速度和砂床堆积速度也越快,但容易发生砂堵现象,实际充填效率变低;同时,砂浆排量为850 L/min、携砂比为15%和携砂液黏度为10 mPa·s是本次数值仿真中最优参数组合,且最优参数组合与正交试验结果吻合。The influence of gravel filling parameters on filling efficiency in the development of radial horizontal wells cannot be ignored.In order to study the influence of various factors on the packing efficiency and how to reasonably configure the parameters in the gravel packing process of radial horizontal wells,the gravel packing tool is numerically simulated and analyzed based on computational fluid dynamics,and the simulation values are compared with the orthogonal test results to evaluate the accuracy of the numerical simulation results.The results show that the higher the mortar displacement and the greater the viscosity of the sand carrying fluid,the longer the gravel transportation distance,the easier it is to reach the end of the horizontal section of the radial horizontal well,and the higher the packing efficiency.The larger the sand carrying ratio is,the faster the gravel sedimentation rate and sand bed accumulation rate are,but the sand plugging phenomenon is easy to occur and the actual filling efficiency becomes lower.Meantime,the optimal parameter combination in the numerical simulation is that the mortar displacement is 850 L/min,the sand carrying ratio is 15%and the viscosity of sand carrying liquid is 10 mPa·s,and the optimal parameter combination is consistent with the results of orthogonal test.
