摘　　要：慢性萎缩性胃炎(Chronic Atrophic Gastritis,CAG)为常见消化系统疾病。现代医学对慢性萎缩性胃炎仍以对症治疗为主,而且存在着复发率高、不良反应较多等诸多弊端。中医治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎优势明显。孙志广教授从事消化内科疾病的临床研究30余年,在总结前人经验的基础上,对慢性萎缩性胃炎的治疗又有独到之处。随师临证,收获颇丰,现将孙师治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎经验总结如下,以飨同道。Chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG)is a common digestive disease.Symptomatic treatment is still the main treatment for chronic atrophic gastritis in modern medicine,and there are many drawbacks such as high recurrence rate and many side effects.Traditional Chinese medicine treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis has obvious advantages.Professor Sun Zhiguang has been engaged in clinical research of digestive diseases for more than 30 years.On the basis of summarizing previous experience,he has his own unique experience in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis.During my clinical learning,the harvest is quite abundant,now the master's treatment experience of chronic atrophic gastritis is summarized as follows in order to share with follow doctors.
