摘　　要：流注一病首见于《仙传外科集验方》,属于中医外科“阴疽”范畴。脊柱手术部位感染(Surgical Site Infection,SSI)多以手术切口周围漫肿、疼痛甚至切口流脓为主要表现,其特点与流注相似,经临床实践发现以流注论治脊柱SSI效果可靠。文章介绍了流注的源流、病因病机、治疗方法,对从流注论治脊柱SSI的机制进行了理论探讨。The name of multiple abscesses was first seen in the A Collection of Prescriptions of Xianchuan Surgery,which belongs to the category of"yin-type carbuncles"in surgery of traditional Chinese medicine.Spinal surgical site infection(SSI)is mostly characterized by diffuse swelling,pain and even abscess around the surgical incision,and its characteristics are similar to those of multiple abscesses.Clinical practice has found that the treatment of spinal SSI based on multiple abscesses is reliable.The paper introduces the origin,etiology,pathogenesis and treatment of multiple abscesses.The mechanism of treating spinal SSI from multiple abscesses is discussed.
