从肝论治溃疡性结肠炎38例的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:研究从肝论治溃疡性结肠炎的疗效。方法:选取山东省千佛山医院自2018年5月-2019年5月住院的38例溃疡性结肠炎患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组各19例。对照组采取美沙拉嗪颗粒口服,1.0 g,每日3次;观察组在此基础上口服自拟疏肝汤。比较两组临床症状、结肠镜下黏膜形态评分,粪钙卫蛋白指标(Fecal Calprotectin,FC)及临床疗效。结果:治疗2个月后,经中医症状量化分级评分判定,观察组治疗有效率显著优于对照组,患者在腹痛、腹泻及脓血便症状改善上也优于对照组(均P<0.05),观察组结肠镜下黏膜形态评分低于对照组,观察组粪钙卫蛋白指标低于对照组。结论:自拟疏肝汤联合美沙拉嗪颗粒短期效果确切,相比单纯应用美沙拉嗪颗粒效果更优,值得临床推广应用。Objective:To study the effect of treating ulcerative colitis from liver.Methods:38 patients with ulcerative colitis in Department of Proctology,Qianfoshan Hospital of Shandong Province from May 2018 to May 2019 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 19 cases in each group.The control group took mesalazine granules orally,1g/TID;the observation group took Self-made Shugan decoction(自拟疏肝汤)on this basis.The clinical symptoms,colonoscopic mucosal morphology score,fecal calprotectin(FC)and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results:After 2 months of treatment,the effective rate of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group,the relief of abdominal pain,diarrhea and purulent stool symptoms was also better than that of the control group(all P<0.05),the mucosal morphology score under colonoscopy of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the fecal calprotectin index of the observation group was lower than that of the control group.Conclusion:The short-term effect of Self-made Shugan decoction combined with mesalazine granules is exact,which is better than that of mesalazine granules alone,which is worthy of clinical application.
