针刺“三阴穴”联合重复经颅磁刺激治疗脊髓损伤后神经源膀胱疗效研究

摘　　要：目的:探究针刺“三阴穴”联合重复经颅磁刺激治疗不完全性脊髓损伤后神经源膀胱的疗效。方法:选取甘肃省中医院脊髓损伤患者60例随机分为对照组(30例)和治疗组(30例),对照组给予针刺三阴穴治疗,治疗组在此基础上加入重复经颅磁刺激,分别治疗60 d。于治疗前、治疗60 d后观察两组患者的残余尿量、膀胱功能评分。结果:治疗前两组患者残余尿量相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),膀胱功能积分相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗60 d后B超显示两组后残余尿量都减少,于治疗前及对照组相比治疗组残余尿量明显减少(P<0.05);于治疗前及对照组相比膀胱功能明显改善、膀胱功能评分明显降低(P<0.01)。结论:针刺“三阴穴”联合重复经颅磁刺激能有效改善不完全性脊髓损伤后神经源膀胱功能的恢复。Objective:To investigate the efficacy of acupuncture at"Sanyinjiao"combined with repeated transcranial magnetic stimulation in the treatment of neurogenic bladder after spinal cord injury.Methods:60 patients with spinal cord injury in Department of Rehabilitation Medical,Gansu Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital were randomly divided into the acupuncture treatment group(30 cases)and the acupuncture combined with repeated transcranial magnetic stimulation group(30 cases).The control group was treated with acupuncture(at"Sanyinjiao").On this basis,the treatment group was treated with repeated transcranial magnetic stimulation for 60 days.Before treatment and 60 days after treatment,the residual urine volume and bladder function score of the two groups were observed.Results:Before treatment,the residual urine volume was the same(P>0.05)and the bladder function score was the same(P>0.05),after 60 days of treatment,the residual urine volume decreased in both groups,compared with the control group,the bladder function was improved and the score of bladder function was decreased(P<0.01)in the treatment group.Conclusion:Acupuncture(at"Sanyinjiao")combined with repeated transcranial magnetic stimulation can effectively promote the recovery of neurogenic bladder function after spinal cord injury.
