针灸配合艾灸治疗老年腰椎间盘突出症临床效果及日本骨科协会评估治疗分数评分观察

摘　　要：目的:腰椎间盘突出症老年患者应用针灸联合艾灸的治疗效果与日本骨科协会评估治疗分数(Japanese Orthopaedie Association,JOA)评分情况分析。方法:选取枣庄市精神卫生中心康复医学科2019年4月-2020年4月诊治腰椎间盘突出症94例老年患者临床资料,按照随机数分两组,对照组给予针灸治疗,研究组给予针灸联合艾灸干预,分析两组效果、JOA评分情况。结果:研究组患者有效率是91.49%(43/47),比对照组74.46%(35/47)高(P<0.05);且研究组视觉模拟评分量表(Visual Analogue Scale,VAS)评分及JOA评分优于对照组,差异具统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对腰椎间盘突出症老年患者给予针灸联合艾灸治疗,能有效改善其疼痛程度,提高患者生活能力情况,具有一定的临床应用与研究价值。Objective:To analyze the effect of acupuncture combined with moxibustion on JOA score for elderly patients with lumbar disc herniation.Methods:The clinical data of 94 elderly patients with lumbar disc herniation diagnosed and treated in Zaozhuang Mental Health Center from April 2019 to April 2020 were selected and divided into two groups according to random numbers.The control group was given acupuncture treatment.The study group was given acupuncture combined with moxibustion treatment.The clinical effect and JOA score of two groups were compared.Results:The effective rate of the study group was 94.49%(43/47),which was higher than that of the control group,74.46%(35/47)(P<0.05);and the VAS and JOA scores of the study group were better than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture combined with moxibustion treatment can effectively improve the pain level and promote the patient's ability to live in treating elderly patients with lumbar disc herniation.It has certain clinical application and research value.
