中药封包结合坦索罗辛治疗术后尿潴留的疗效观察及护理

摘　　要：目的:观察中药封包结合坦索罗辛治疗肛门病术后尿潴留的疗效。方法:将60例患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组各30例。对照组单纯给予盐酸坦索罗辛治疗及健康护理,观察组在对照组基础上配合中药封包治疗,持续观察6~24 h。分别于治疗4~6 h后和6~12 h后及12~24 h后进行疗效评定,比较两组首次排尿时间、首次排尿量及手术后并发症的情况。结果:治疗4~6 h后、6~12 h后、12~24 h后观察组临床总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组首次排尿时间短于对照组(P<0.05),首次排尿量多于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者6~12 h后、12~24 h后生活质量评价量表评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者不良反应发生率比较无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.218,P>0.05)。结论:中药封包结合盐酸坦索罗辛胶囊治疗肛门病术后尿潴留可明显提高临床疗效,促进术后恢复,预防并减少并发症发生,缩短临床患者的排尿时间,减缓小便难解的情况,疗效确切。Objective:To observe the effect of Chinese medicine package combined with Tamsulosin in the treatment of urinary retention after operation.Methods:60 patients were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional therapy,while the observation group was treated with Chinese medicine package combined with Tamsulosin,after 4-6h,6-12h and 12-24h,the curative effect was evaluated,and the time of the first micturition,the amount of the first micturition and the postoperative complications of the two groups were compared.Results:After 4-6h,6-12h and 12-24h of treatment,the total clinical effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The first flash micturition time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).After 6-12h and 12-24h of treatment,the scores of QOL in the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(χ^(2)=0.218,P>0.05).Conclusion:Chinese medicine package combined with Tamsulosin can significantly improve the clinical efficacy and promote postoperative recovery in the treatment of urinary retention after operation.It can prevent and reduce complications,shorten urination time of clinical patients,and slow down the situation of dysuria.
