摘　　要：百合地黄汤结合针灸有明显治疗阴虚火旺型失眠的效果,并举例一典型医案表明其效果明显,继承了中医经典,又与现代药理学相呼应,发扬了继承与创新。Baihe Dihuang decoction(百合地黄汤)combined with acupuncture has a significant effect in treating insomnia due to yin deficiency and fire hyperactivity.An example of a typical medical case shows that its effect is obvious,which inherits the classics of traditional Chinese medicine,and echoes modern pharmacology and carries forward inheritance and innovation.
