摘　　要：[研究目的]大国博弈背景下,南海疆维权关乎国家安全、区域和平与亚太经济发展。南海疆维权证据链系统的构建,可以为南海疆维权的实际工作提供重要的数据与工具支撑。[研究方法]首先,总结了南海疆维权证据链的国内外研究现状,指出了证据链构建面临的挑战;然后,在定义南海疆维权证据链相关概念的基础上,设计了南海疆维权证据链系统的总体架构与核心功能;接着,提出了基于多模态知识图谱的南海疆维权证据链系统构建技术体系;最后,从南海疆主权维护、数据挖掘与知识发现以及数字人文叙事三个方面论述了基于多模态知识图谱的南海疆维权证据链系统的应用价值。[研究结论]基于多模态知识图谱的南海疆维权证据链系统的架构、功能与技术体系设计,为南海疆维权证据链系统的构建奠定了基础。进一步,需要以应用需求为导向、多学科融合为途径、人工与计算协同为方法,迭代式、增量式地推进南海疆维权证据链系统的实现与优化。[Research purpose]In the context of the great power game,rights protection in the South China Sea is related to national security,regional peace,and Asia-pacific economic development.The construction of the evidence chain system for rights protection in the South China Sea can provide important data and tool support for the practical work of safeguarding rights in the South China Sea.[Research method]Firstly,we summarize the current research status of the evidence chain of rights protection in the South China Sea,and point out the challenges of constructing the evidence chain.Secondly,the overall architecture and core functions of the evidence chain system are designed based on defining the relevant concepts of the evidence chain of rights protection in the south China Sea;Thirdly,a technical system for constructing the evidence chain system of safeguarding rights in the South China Sea is proposed based on multi-modal knowledge graph;Finally,we discuss the application value of the evidence chain system of rights protection in south China Sea from three aspects,i.e.,the sovereignty maintenance,the data mining and knowledge discovery,and the digital humanistic narration of south China Sea.[Research conclusion]The designs of the architecture,core functions and technical system lay the foundation for the realization of the evidence chain system of rights protection in the South China Sea.It is necessary to promote the implementation and optimization of the evidence chain system iteratively and incrementally.It should take the application demand as the guidance,multi-disciplinary integration as the approach,and manual and computational collaboration as the method.
