摘 要:[研究目的]研究日本末次资料的竞争情报含义,为图书馆界开展竞争情报服务业务提供参考。[研究方法]基于日本末次资料案例分析,结合文献资料研究、案例研究、现场察看实物、专家访谈相结合的方法,研究竞争情报产品生产及其价值实现规律,发现对中国图书馆界生产竞争情报产品的含义和启示。[研究结论]从5个方面归纳了日本“末次资料”对中国图书馆生产竞争情报公共产品的启示,包括:应定位于战略竞争情报公共产品生产;应就生产竞争情报公共产品统筹规划;生产竞争情报公共产品需要高度倚重与用户的互动;生产竞争情报公共产品需要因馆制宜;生产竞争情报公共产品需要可持续的条件保障。[Research purpose]The paper studies the meanings of the case of Suetsugu's Data of Japan,then provides reference for the libraries for producing competitive intelligence public products in China.[Research method]Using methods of case studies,literature research,observing the object on-site and interview synthetically,the meanings of the case of Suetsugu's Data of Japan are studied,to provide reference for the libraries for producing competitive intelligence public products in China.[Research conclusion]Five findings are concluded at the end.They are:emphasizing on producing competitive intelligence public products;overall planning for the libraries for producing competitive intelligence public products in China;relying on the competitive intelligence users and producers'interactivity;adapting to local conditions of every individual library;giving indispensable support condition to the libraries for producing competitive intelligence public products in the whole time.
