蓝色贸易壁垒的贸易效应及我国出口企业应对机制分析

摘　　要：蓝色贸易壁垒的核心是社会责任标准(SA8000),该标准的设立对以劳动密集型产品为主的发展中国家出口的影响,主要表现为短期的贸易抑制效应、贸易转移效应,以及中长期的贸易促进效应。我国作为劳动密集型产品的主要生产和出口国,受蓝色贸易壁垒的影响在所难免,所以为使我国出口企业能够高效地应对,就必须在相关机制上健全和完善。The core of blue trade barriers is the standard of social responsebility(SA8000).The influences of the establishment of the standard on the export of labor-intensive developing countries include short-term trade-inhibiting and trade-diverting effect,long-term trade-promoting effect.China,as the major producer and exporter of labor-intensive products,has been impacted by blue trade barriers;hence,export-oriented enterprises,to enable themselves to respond efficiently must imporove their relative mechanism.
