紫七软肝方对肝硬化患者氧化应激水平及NLR、TGF-β_(1)、IL-6水平的影响

摘　　要：[目的]探究紫七软肝方对肝硬化(LC)患者氧化应激水平及中性粒细胞与淋巴细胞的比值(NLR)、转化生长因子β_(1)(TGF-β_(1))、白介素-6(IL-6)水平的影响。[方法]选取98例LC患者,根据随机数字表法分为对照组49例和观察组49例,对照组采用常规药物治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用紫七软肝方治疗。治疗7个月后,比较两组治疗前后一氧化氮(NO)、丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)水平,NLR、TGF-β_(1)、IL-6水平及肝功能指标。[结果]与治疗前比较,两组治疗后NO、MDA水平显著降低,SOD水平显著升高,且观察组改善显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与治疗前比较,两组治疗后NLR、TGF-β_(1)、IL-6水平显著降低,观察组降低幅度显著大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与治疗前比较,两组治疗后肝功能指标显著降低,观察组降低幅度显著大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]紫七软肝方能有效改善LC患者氧化应激水平及NLR、TGF-β_(1)、IL-6水平,促进患者肝功能的恢复。[Objective]To investigate the effects of Ziqi Ruangan Decoction on the oxidative stress level,neutrophil to lymphocyte ratio(NLR),transforming growth factor β_(1)(TGF-β_(1)),interleukin-6(IL-6)in patients with liver cirrhosis(LC).[Methods]Ninety-eight LC patients were selected into two groups according to the random digital table method,with 49 patients in the control group and 49 in the observation group.The control group was treated with conventional drugs,and the observation group was treated with Ziqi Ruangan Decoction besides the conventional drugs.After 7 months of treatment,the levels of nitric oxide(NO),malondialdehyde(MDA),superoxide dismutase(SOD),NLR,TGF-β_(1),IL-6,liver function were compared before and after treatment.[Results]Compared with the pre treatment,the levels of NO and MDA in the two groups were significantly lower,SOD level was significantly increased,the change range of observation group was significantly greater than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the pre treatment,the levels of NLR,TGF-β_(1) and IL-6 in the two groups were significantly decreased after treatment,and the decrease in the observation group was significantly greater than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the pre treatment,the liver function indexes in the two groups were significantly decreased after treatment,and the decrease in the observation group was significantly greater than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).[Conclusion]Ziqi Ruangan Decoction can not only improve the oxidative stress level,NLR,TGF-β_(1) and IL-6 level in LC patients,but also benefit the recovery of liver function of LC patients.
