摘　　要：以丛生福禄考(Phlox subulata)为材料,采用不同配比的7种基质,选用NAA、IBA 2种外源激素,研究不同扦插季节、不同基质和不同浓度外源激素对丛生福禄考扦插生根的影响。结果表明,4月份适宜扦插生根;珍珠岩:草炭=1:1的生根率最高;1000 mg·L^(-1)IBA处理生根快,且生根率达100%。Taking Phlox subulata as materials,7 substrate of different proportions were adopted and two kinds of exogenous hormones were selected.Effects of different cutting season,different substrate and different exogenous hormones on the rooting of cutting of Phlox subulata were studied.The results showed that it was more suitable for rooting of cutting in April;the best dispensation for the highest rooting rate is perlite and peat as the rate of 1:1;cutting slips with 1000 mg·L^(-1)IBA treament induced roots rapidly,and the rooting rates reached 100%.
