熔岩台地矮曲林土壤溶液吸光度与土壤碳、氮含量的相关性

摘  要:通过对五大连池新期火山熔岩台地白桦、香杨、山杨3个林型的矮曲林45个样本进行14个波长(250、254、260、265、272、280、285、300、340、350、365、400、436和465 nm)土壤溶液吸光度以及土壤有机碳和全氮含量的测定,旨在探讨土壤溶液吸光度对土壤碳氮指标的指示作用以及不同林型对该作用的影响,以期寻找一种更加简便的土壤碳单指标检测方法。结果表明,在较低波长范围中,各林型的250~300 nm的8个吸光度值具有高度相关性,它们在分析土壤溶液吸光度变化时具有等效性,在较高波长范围内,各林型不同波长间的相关性有所不同,同时存在范围上的重叠,最终确定254 nm、340 nm、365 nm、465 nm即可代表各自林型14个波长的信息量;基于所有数据的拟合分析发现,254 nm(较低波长)与白桦矮曲林、山杨矮曲林的土壤有机碳和全氮以及香杨矮曲林的土壤有机碳均具有最高的回归相关性(R^(2)=0.75~0.851),而香杨矮曲林的土壤全氮最高的相关性出现在365 nm(R^(2)=0.646)。这些发现说明,土壤溶液吸光度值,特别是低波长(250~300 nm)可以表征熔岩台地大部分矮曲林土壤碳、氮相关指标的变化,但是需要考虑不同林型之间的差异。Based on 45 samples from elfin forests of 3 species of birch,poplar and poplar in the new volcanic lava plateau of Wudalianchi,the spectrophotometric absorbances of soil solutions at 14 wavelengths(250,254,260,265,272,280,285,300,340,350,365,400,436 and 465 nm)and contents of soil organic carbon and total nitrogen were concurrently measured.The purpose of this study was to investigate the indicator effect of soil solution absorbance on soil carbon and nitrogen index and the effect of different forest types on this effect.The results show that in the lower wavelength range,the absorbance values of 250~300 nm of each forest types are highly correlated,they are equivalent in the analysis of the absorbance of soil solutions.In the higher wavelength range,the correlation between different wavelengths of each forest types is different,and there is overlap in the range.Finally,254 nm,340 nm,365 nm,465 nm can represent the information of 14 wavelengths of each forest types.The regression analysis between absorbance(254,340,365,and 465 nm)and soil carbon,nitrogen have been carried out by using the entire pooled data.We found that 254 nm(lower wavelength)had the highest regression correlation with soil organic carbon and total nitrogen in Betula platyphylla Suk.elfin forests,Populus davidiana elfin forests and soil organic carbonin Populus koreana elfin forests(R^(2)=0.75~0.851);and the highest correlation of soil total nitrogen was found in 365 nm in Populus koreana dwarf forest(R^(2)=0.646).These findings suggest that soil solution absorbance values,especially low wavelengths(250~300 nm),can characterize the changes of soil carbon and nitrogen-related indicators in most typical species of elfin forests in the lava plateau.The premise is that differences between different forest types need to be considered.
