摘  要:以西瓜品种“早佳8424”种子和幼苗为试材,研究盐胁迫条件下,外源褪黑素(MT)浸种处理对西瓜种子萌发、西瓜幼苗生长、光合速率、根系活力、MDA含量和相对电导率等的影响。结果表明,与对照相比,盐胁迫处理降低了西瓜种子萌发,外源25μmol/L褪黑素浸种处理西瓜种子发芽率和发芽势分别达74.2%和60.7%。盐胁迫下,外源褪黑素浸种处理显著提高西瓜幼苗根系活力和净光合速率,进而促进了西瓜幼苗的生长,壮苗指数为0.13,为对照处理的86.7%。盐胁迫处理下,外源褪黑素还有效降低西瓜幼苗叶片相对电导率和MDA含量,高浓度褪黑素缓解效果不明显。The seeds and seedlings of watermelon variety“Zaojia8424”were used as materials to study the effects of exogenous melatonin(MT)on seed germination,seedling growth,photosynthetic rate,root activity,MDA content and relative conductivity of watermelon under salt stress.The results showed that the germination rate and germination potential of watermelon seeds treated with exogenous 25μmol/L melatonin were 74.2%and 60.7%respectively.Under salt stress,exogenous melatonin treatment significantly increased root activity and net photosynthetic rate of watermelon seedlings,and then promoted the growth of watermelon seedlings,the index was 0.13,which reached 86.7%of the control treatment.Exogenous melatonin also decreased the relative conductivity and MDA content of watermelon seedling leaves under salt stress,but the effect of high concentration melatonin was not obvious.
