摘　　要：为解决大倾角三软煤层采煤工作面煤壁片帮问题,义络煤业有限责任公司推进深浅联合注水孔注水系统,包括多个注水单元和多个指示灯,注水单元、指示灯和终端的数量均相等且一一对应,其中截止阀与控制器电性连接。系统能够实现深孔和浅孔的联合注水,且能够在出现注水孔漏水时,通过快速截断水流或者降低水压的方式避免出现安全事故。系统实施后,全煤壁可以不背护或简单背护,极大节约背护材料劳动力,提高工作效率。In order to solve the problem of coal wall spalling in mining face of large dip angle three soft coal seam,the water injection system of deep and shallow combined water injection hole in Yiluo Coal Indus⁃try includes multiple water injection units and multiple indicator lights.The number of water injection units,indicator lights and terminals is equal and one-to-one correspondence,in which the stop valve is electrical⁃ly connected with the controller.The system can realize the combined water injection of deep hole and shal⁃low hole,and avoid safety accidents by quickly cutting off water flow or reducing water pressure when water leakage occurs in the water injection hole.After the implementation of the system,the whole coal wall with⁃out backing or simple backing,greatly saving backing material labor,improve work efficiency.
