摘  要:为综合回收利用某选矿厂尾矿,针对该选矿厂因资源枯竭已停产的情况,对尾矿库堆存的尾矿进行了综合利用试验研究。通过对尾矿进行再磨再选试验表明,尾矿经再磨再选可得到产率2.58%、铁品位47.42%的精矿产品,精矿产率和铁品位较低,回收成本较高;通过对尾矿进行粒度分析研究,其作为建筑用砂直接销售的可行性发现,+0.25 mm粒级含量为35.33%,+0.25 mm粒级产品可以作为细砂销售,-0.25 mm粒级可作为特细砂销售。因此,将该选矿厂尾矿产品可作为机制砂直接销售,经济可行。In order to comprehensively recycle and utilize the tailings of a certain concentrator,a comprehensive utilization test study was conducted on the tailings stockpiled in the tailing pond in view of the situation that the concentrator has ceased production due to exhaustion of resources.Re-grinding and re-selection experiments on the tailings show that the tailings can be re-grinded and re-selected to obtain a concentrate product with a yield of 2.58%and an iron grade of 47.42%.The concentrate yield and iron grade are low,and the recovery cost is high;The particle size analysis of the tailings was carried out to study the feasibility of direct sales as construction sand.The content of+0.25 mm particle size is 35.33%,the product of+0.25 mm particle size can be sold as fine sand,and the-0.25 mm particle size can be used as extra-fine sand.Therefore,it is economically feasible to sell the tailings of the concentrator directly as machine-made sand.
