摘　　要：司家营铁矿为贯彻落实党中央、国务院的重大决策部署及规范要求,针对双重预防机制建设数据量庞大、数据沉淀在基层、数据收集滞后、数据分析不及时、数据不真实、职工参与程度不高、信息平台系统设置不合理、平台本身功能受限、职工操作不熟练等一系列问题,主动作为、积极推进完善双重预防机制信息平台建设,形成了“6441”运行机制,有效杜绝了安全生产事故,经济效益和社会效益显著。Sijiaying Iron Mine conscientiously implemented the major decisions and deployments of the Party Central Committee and the State Council,implemented the regulatory requirements,and aimed at a sevies of problems snch as the construction of a dual prevention mechanism with huge data volume,data precipitation at the grassroots level,data collection delayed,untimely data analysis,untrue data,the low level of employee participation,the unreasonable setting of the information platform system,the limit⁃ed functions of the platform itself,and the unskilled operation of the staff,taken the initiative and ex⁃plored boldly,actively promoted the construction of the information platform for the dual prevention mech⁃anism,and formed the"6441"operating mechanism,which effectively put an end to safety production ac⁃cidents,and create good economic and social benefits.
