摘  要:为了对国内工业废水中的含磷废水处理工艺进行研究,以实际工程为例,针对某固废堆场淋溶水和渗滤液出水所形成的大量高浓度含磷废水问题,采用石灰中和+絮凝沉淀+砂滤的整体组合工艺对固废堆场高浓度含磷废水进行了降解处理研究。工艺运行后,得到了总磷降解率达99.99%,氟化物降解率达98%,氨氮降解率达70%的良好处理结果。研究得出:采用石灰中和+絮凝沉淀+砂滤工艺处理固废堆场高浓度含磷废水效果好、操作简单、经济可行,且具有实际工程参考意义。In order to study the treatment process of phosphorus-containing wastewater in industrial wastewater in China,taking the actual project as an example,in view of the large amount of high-concen⁃tration phosphorus-containing wastewater formed by the leaching water and leachate effluent of a solid waste yard,the overall combination process of lime neutralization+flocculation precipitation+sand filtra⁃tion was used to study the degradation of high-concentration phosphorus-containing wastewater in solid waste yard.The degradation rate of total phosphorus,fluoride and ammonia nitrogen reached 99.99%,98%and 70%respectively.Finally,it is concluded that the process of lime neutralization+flocculation precipitation+sand filtration has good effect,economic feasibility,simple operation and practical engi⁃neering reference significance.
