摘　　要：资源民族主义作为一种影响国际矿业投资的重要因素,在社会政治和经济形势剧烈波动的大背景下,对海外矿业投资风险的影响越来越明显,尤其在发展中国家,资源民族主义现象更加活跃。针对中国海外矿业投资项目面临的国有化风险,在分析资源民族主义成因及表现形式的基础上,通过梳理Grasberg、OkTedi、Porgera 3座矿山资源国有化的案例进程,分析了3座矿山不同的资源国有化背景及起因。通过对国有化过程及其影响范围的分析,展现了资源民族主义现象的复杂性,并从资本的角度揭示了资源民族主义的实质。提出了增强风险认知、利用商业保险、慎重投资决策、注重法律手段等应对策略,对中国海外矿业投资项目风险防范具有重要的指导意义。As an important factor affecting international mining investment,resource nationalism has an increasingly obvious impact on overseas mining investment risks in the context of dramatic fluctuations in social,political and economic situations.Especially in developing countries,resource nationalism is more active.In view of the nationalization risk faced by China's overseas mining investment projects,based on the analysis of the causes and manifestations of resource nationalism,this paper analyzes the back⁃ground and causes of different resource nationalization in three mines by combing the case process of Gras⁃berg,Ok Tedi and Porgera.Through the analysis of nationalization process and its influence scope,it shows the complexity of the phenomenon of resource nationalism,and reveals the essence of resource nationalism from the perspective of capital.It puts forward some countermeasures such as enhancing risk awareness,us⁃ing commercial insurance,prudent investment decision-making,and paying attention to legal means.These suggestions have important guiding significance for the risk prevention of overseas mining investment projects in China.
