摘　　要：针对现阶段我国公立医院风险管理的新定位、新范围、新环境,结合三道防线理论,提出公立医院风险管理体系建设思路——完善单位层面的风险管理组织架构,落实各级风险管理防线职能,进一步优化三道防线之间的信息沟通机制,加强协同,从而构建基于战略导向的风险管理机制。In view of the new orientation, new scope and new environment of risk management in public hospitals at the present stage,and combined with the theory of three lines of defense, this paper puts forward the idea of the construction of risk management system in public hospitals——perfecting the organizational structure of risk management at the unit level, implementing the functions of risk management lines at all levels, further optimizing the information communication mechanism between the three lines of defense, and strengthening coordination, so as to build a risk management mechanism based on strategic orientation.
