摘  要:针对我国起重机电机定子异常失电故障隐患问题,传统人工检测方法效率低且在检测过程中容易遗漏隐患的缺陷,严重威胁到日常生产作业安全。根据起重机安全检规相关规定和检测方法,设计出一款起重机电机定子异常失电故障保护功能检测系统,使用人机交互触摸屏界面可以实现检测系统功能自检复位,所提出分类异常故障模拟实验检测方法自动化程度高,能提高检测效率和隐患的发现率。经过对多种形式起重机试验测试验证,该系统可以准确、可靠以及全面地检测出起重机电机定子异常失电故障隐患,从而降低检测复杂性、提高检验效率,具有一定的应用价值和重要意义。In view of the hidden trouble of abnormal power loss and abnormal fault of crane motor stator in China,the traditional manual detection method is inefficient and it is easy to miss hidden trouble in the detection process,which seriously threatens the safety of daily production and operation.Therefore,according to the relevant provisions and detection methods of crane safety inspection regulations,a crane motor stator abnormal power loss fault protection function detection system is designed in this paper.The function self-test reset of the detection system can be realized by using the human-computer interactive touch screen interface.The proposed classified abnormal fault simulation experiment detection method has a high degree of automation and can improve the detection efficiency and the discovery rate of hidden dangers.After the test and verification of various forms of cranes,the system can accurately,reliably and comprehensively detect the hidden dangers of abnormal power loss of crane motor stato.
