摘　　要：为了解决应变式传感器温度补偿的生产需求,设计了一种应变式传感器温补测试记录方案。方案包括温补测试记录上位机软件、温补控制器和高精度万用表,每个温补控制器可以测量50路应变式传感器,传感器被放置于恒温箱中。上位机软件通过RS485控制多台温补控制器,实现自动切换传感器和测量恒温箱内部温度,再通过串口从高精度万用表读取传感器的数据,最后自动计算时漂差值、温漂差值和补偿电阻丝长度,并导出报表。经测试,该系统运行稳定可靠,已在生产中推广应用。In order to solve the production demand for temperature compensation of strain sensor,a recording system for temperature compensation of strain sensor is designed.This program includes PC software,temperature compensation controller and high-precision multimeter.Each temperature compensation can measure 50 strain sensors.The sensors is placed in a thermostat.The PC software controls multiple temperature compensation controllers through RS485 to automatically switch of sensor and measure the internal temperature of the thermostat and read the sensor data from the high-precision multimeter through the serial port,and finally automatically calculate the time drift difference,temperature drift difference and compensate the length of the resistance wire and export the report.
