聚焦超声联合参菊洗剂对外阴上皮内非瘤样病变患者VEGF、ET-1的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察聚焦超声联合参菊洗剂对外阴上皮内非瘤样病变组织中血管内皮生长因子(vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF)、内皮素1(endotelin-1,ET-1)的影响。方法:将外阴上皮内非瘤样病变患者60例随机分为对照组与观察组各30例。对照组使用聚焦超声治疗;观察组在对照组的基础上联合参菊洗剂外洗。采用免疫组化SP法检测两组患者治疗前及治疗3月后VEGF、ET-1表达情况。结果:治疗3月后两组患者外阴皮肤组织中VEGF表达均较治疗前改善,观察组改善优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗3月后两组患者外阴皮肤中ET-1表达均较治疗前降低,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后微血管数明显增多,观察组增加更明显(P<0.05)。结论:聚焦超声联合参菊洗剂可能通过改善外阴上皮内非瘤样病变皮肤的微循环障碍及降低组织中的瘙痒介质水平而发挥治疗作用。Objective:To observe the effects of focused ultrasound jointed with Shenju lotion on VEGF and ET-1 in patients with vulva nonneplastic epithelial disorders(NNED).Methods:Sixty patients suffering NNED were randomly allocated to the control group and the observation group,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with focused ultrasound,and the observation group accepted Shenju lotion for external application based on focused ultrasound.To detect the expressions of VEGF and ET-1 before treating and three months after treating using immunohistochemical SP method.Results:Three months after treating,the expressions of VEGF in vulvar skin tissue in both groups improved than before treating,the improvements of the observation group were better than these of the control group(P<0.05);three months after treating,the expressions of ET-1 in vulvar skin tissue in both groups lowered than before treating,the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05);the number of microvessels increased in both groups after treating,the increase of the observation group was more notable(P<0.05).Conclusion:Focused ultrasound jointed with Shenju lotion could develop therapeutic effects possibly through improving microcirculation disorder of nonneoplastic skin in vulvar epithelium and lowering the levels of itching mediators in tissuess.
