摘　　要：通过1则验案小结全国名中医常虹主任医师治疗骨痿的临证经验,常老强调骨痿病因病机中的“痰”;擅长调节患者精神因素及运用当地药材中产自草原的蒙药材与植物花、叶、茎之轻清宣散之品;同时紧扣中医药科学研究前沿,擅长运用植物雌激素类药物;主张中西医结合用药,合理搭配;巧用食疗法、外治法;并将辨证论治特点中内外、标本、分期兼治的优势与中药灵活遣方配伍特点相结合,不仅可以获得良效,且可最大程度缓解症状及并发症。National famous TCM doctor Chang Hong’s clinical experience in treating bone flaccidity was briefly summarized via one proven case,he pays attention to“phlegm”existed in the casue and pathogenesis of bone flaccidity;he is skilled in regulating psychological factors of the patients;expert in using Mongolian medicinal materials produced from the grassland and plant flower,leaf and stem of light,clearing and dispersing;at the same time,close to the forefront of scientific research of traditional Chinese medicine,good at using phytoestrogen drugs;he advocates integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine,and makes the reasonable choice and collocation;he skillfully uses food therapy and external treatment;combining the characteristics of syndrome differentiation and treatment,the advantages of internal and external treatment,the root causes and the symptoms for disease,phased treatment with the flexible compatibility of TCM can not only obtain good effects,but also alleviate the symptoms and the complications to the greatest extent.
