穴位贴敷联合中药泡足治疗高血压眩晕疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察穴位贴敷联合中药泡足治疗高血压眩晕的临床疗效。方法:将80例高血压Ⅱ级患者随机分为两组各40例。对照组予盐酸贝那普利片及常规护理,干预组在对照组治疗的基础上予穴位贴敷联合中药泡足治疗。采用Barthel指数评定量表、眩晕障碍量表(DHI-S)以及中医证候积分评估临床疗效,检测患者治疗前后血压。结果:总有效率干预组为95%,高于对照组的75%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。治疗后干预组患者舒张压和收缩压低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预组患者眩晕、头痛和DHI-S评分治疗后较对照组下调明显(P<0.05)。治疗后干预组患者生活自理能力优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:穴位贴敷联合中药泡足能改善高血压眩晕患者眩晕症状,提高患者生活自理能力,效果优于单纯使用盐酸贝那普利片治疗及常规护理。Objective:To observe clinical effects of acupoint application and herbal foot bath in treating hypertension dizziness.Methods:Eighty patients suffering hypertension at stageⅡwere randomized into two groups.The control group accepted benazepril hydrochloride tablets and conventional care,and the intervention group acupoint application and herbal foot bath based on the therapy the control group accepted.Barthel index(BI),DHI-S and TCM syndrome scores were used to assess clinical effects,to detect the blood pressure before and after treatment.Results:Total effective rate of the intervention group was 95%,higher than 75%of the control group,and the difference had statistical meaning(P<0.001).After treatment,diastolic and systolic blood pressure of the intervention group were lower than these of the control group(P<0.05).The decrease of dizziness,headache and DHI-S scores of the intervention group were more notable than these of the control group after treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,self care ability of the patients in the intervention group was better than that of the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Acupoint application and herbal foot bath could improve dizziness of the patients,lift self care ability,and its effects better than these of single use of benazepril hydrochloride tablets and conventional care.
