摘 要:为研究蝴蝶兰花朵数的遗传变异特性,探索与蝴蝶兰花朵数形成相关的重要数量性状,合理有效利用种质资源,本研究以25个大花型红色蝴蝶兰品种为试材,依次测量19个重要性状进行相关分析,并建立回归方程,将其对花朵数的影响效果进行通径分析。结果表明:花朵数和花序长极显著正相关,而花序长、花朵间距都与株幅显著正相关。花序长对花朵数的直接通径系数最大,为1.318,达到显著水平;对花朵数的多元回归方程为:Y=6.709+0.314X_(8)-0.793X_(12)-0.125X_(7)+0.075X_(6)(Y为花朵数,X_(8)为花序长,X_(12)为花朵间距,X_(7)为花梗高,X_(6)为花梗长度)。综合可知,花序长是直接作用花朵数的主要因素,而花朵间距是间接作用花朵数的主要因素。In order to study the genetic variation features in the number of Phalaenopsis flowers,explore several important quantitative characters related to formation of Phalaenopsis flowers,reasonably and effectively use the germplasm resources,this study used 25 kinds of large-flower red Phalaenopsis varieties as experimental materials,measured 19 kinds of important properties and carried out correlation analysis,established the regression equation,and carried out the path analysis of its effects on the flower number.The results showed that the flower number was extremely significantly positively correlated with inflorescence length,while inflorescence length and flower spacing were significantly positively correlated with plant width.The direct path coefficient of inflorescence length to flower number was 1.318,which was significant.The multiple regression equation of flower number was Y=6.709+0.314X_(8)-0.793X_(12)-0.125X_(7)+0.075X_(6)(Y was flower number,X_(8) was inflores-cence length,X_(12) was flower spacing,X_(7) was pedicel height,X_(6) was pedicel length).In conclusion,inflorescence length is the main factor directly affecting the flower number,while flower spacing is the main factor indirectly affecting the flower number.
