我国民营医院发展的政策性影响因素分析

摘　　要：从机构数、床位数和人员数、医疗服务量及医疗收入等层面,深入分析影响我国民营医院发展的政策因素,发现越能真实反映民营医院市场占有程度的指标,对现有政策的敏感度越低,受人力约束的影响越大。对此,提出民营医院应从数量扩张转向内涵发展的建议,认为人力政策是影响民营医院发展的关键性政策。This study conducted an in-depth analysis of policy influencing factors of the development of private hospitals from several as-pects,such as the number of institutions,the number of beds and personnel,the volume of medical services,and medical income.This analysis found that the more truly an indicator reflecting the market share of private hospitals,the lower the sensitivity to current policies,and the greater the impact of human constraints.Based on these results,it is proposed that private hospitals should shift from number expansion to connotative development.And human resources related policy is a key policy factor that affects the development of private hospitals.
