摘 要:以亚洲百合“热情”为试验材料,研究不同干旱胁迫程度对亚洲百合株高、根系数量、茎生根数量、叶绿素含量、相对电导率的影响。结果表明:随干旱胁迫程度加深亚洲百合株高降低,根系生长呈明显降低的趋势,茎生根生长受干旱胁迫影响明显,相对电导率增高,叶绿素含量降低。亚洲百合不同生理期抗旱性有显著差异,花期、蕾期受干旱胁迫影响最为明显。因此,在干旱半干旱地区盆栽亚洲百合生产中,可根据百合不同生长时期进行不同的水分梯度供给进行节水栽培,保障现蕾期与花期的水分供给,可提高亚洲百合商品价值与经济效益。Taking Asiatic lily"Passion"as the experimental material,this paper studied the plant height,the amount of root system,the number of stem roots,the chlorophyll content and the relative conductivity of Asiatic lily under different drought stress.The results indicated that as the degree of drought stress deepened,the plant height of Asian lily decreased,and the root growth decreased obviously.The root growth was greatly affected by drought stress.The relative conductivity increased,and the chlorophyll content decreased.It could be found out that the drought resistance performances of Asian lily in different growing periods varied significantly,and the flowering and bud stages were the most affected.Therefore,it is reasonable to conduct water-saving cultivation with different moisture gradients according to different growing periods of potted Asian lily in arid and semi-arid region,which can ensure the moisture supply in squaring and flowering periods,and increase the commodity value and economic benefits.
