印染废水处理工程实例

摘　　要：扬州市某公司由于生产规模扩大,原有废水处理设施无法满足企业需求,被全部废弃。公司采用了预处理、生化处理、排水氧化脱色相结合的废水处理工艺,新建一座废水处理站,规模为200 m^(3)/d。经一个月运行调试,出水水质优于GB 8978-1996《污水综合排放标准》表4中的三级标准并达到环保与业主指定的排水指标。文章对该工程中设计进出水质水量、与处理工艺的调试运行等进行了介绍。The original wastewater facilities of a company in Yangzhou are all abandoned.The company built a new wastewater treatment station with a scale of 200 m^(3)/d,which adopt the wastewater treatment process combining pretreatment,biochemical treatment and drainage oxidation decolorization.After one month’s operation and commissioning,the effluent water quality is better than the class III standard of GB 8978-1996,and reaches the drainage indicators specif ied by the environmental protection and the owner.This paper introduces the design inlet and outlet water quality and quantity,and the commissioning and operation of treatment process in the project.
