摘　　要：鲁奇气化炉是鲁奇煤气化工艺的核心设备,具有灰渣少、气化强度高等优点,但在工业生产中往往面临鲁奇炉内夹套腐蚀损坏的问题,严重影响鲁奇气化炉的工业应用。文章在分析鲁奇气化炉工作原理和炉体结构的基础上,对鲁奇气化炉内夹套腐蚀机理进行分析,探讨鲁奇气化炉内夹套腐蚀的修复方案,并结合具体案例详细阐述内夹套腐蚀的修复施工技术和方法。Lurgi gasifier is the core equipment of Lurgicoal gasification process.It has the advantages of less ash and high gasif ication intensity.However,in industrial production,it often faces the problem of corrosion damage to the jacket of Lurgi furnace,which seriously affects Lurgi industrial applications of gasifiers.Based on the analysis of the working principle and structure of the Lurgi gasifier,this paper analyzes the corrosion mechanism of the jacket in the Lurgi gasifier,discusses the repair plan of the jacket corrosion in the Lurgi gasifier,and combines specific cases.
