摘　　要：现阶段,全球经济进入发展的下行期,受到整体经济环境的影响,许多发展中国家的新型产业发展速度也趋于平缓,而当前国家产业能源的供给始终处于疲软状态,石油化工行业对于原料方面以及能源方面的竞争日益及激烈。为了能够在工程实施过程中实现更大的经济效益,石油化工工程企业应该切实的增强自身在工程建设过程中的成本管控意识,并且降低不同施工环节的投入成本。由于化工工程建设项目本身规模较大,并且在建设过程中涉及到的专业类型众多,因此,工程企业必须要注重对于原材料、人力资源以及相关设备的成本控制工作,在工程开展前合理的对工程资金进行分配,避免在材料以及工程设备的采购过程中出现资金浪费的问题。而关于工程造价的管理工作,关系到了石油化工工程企业自身的经济效益,也是衡量企业成本管控水平的重要因素。文章主要是分析了石油化工工程造价管理过程中的要点,并且就优化石油化工工程造价的管理策略进行了探讨。At this stage,the global economy has entered the next stage of development,affected by the overall economic environment,the new development industry speed of many developing countries also tends to smooth,and the current national industrial energy supply is always in a weak state,petrochemical industry for raw materials and energy competition is increasingly fierce.In order to achieve greater economic benefits in the process of the project,petrochemical engineering enterprises should effectively enhance their own awareness of cost control in the process of project construction,and reduce the input cost of different construction links.Due to the chemical engineering construction project itself is large,and in the construction process involved in many professional types,therefore,engineering enterprises must pay attention to the cost of raw materials,human resources and related equipment control work,reasonable distribution of project funds,to avoid the problem in the procurement process of materials and engineering equipment waste of funds.The management of project cost is related to the economic benefits of petrochemical engineering enterprises themselves,and it is also an important factor to measure the cost control level of enterprises.The article mainly analyzes the key points in the process of petrochemical project cost management,and discusses the management strategy of optimizing the petrochemical project cost.
