摘　　要：创伤与凝血是古老的话题;但近年来创伤性凝血病的概念几度更新,其内涵从单纯的出血障碍扩展到高凝血症与低凝血症的表型与相互转化。文章从创伤性凝血病的概念演进、表型分型等方面进行介绍,以期为相关疾病的机制研究与诊疗应用提供参考。Trauma and coagulation are ancient topics,however,the concept of traumatic coagulation disease has been upda⁃ted several times in recent years.Its connotation has expanded from simple bleeding disorder to the mutual transformation of hypercoag⁃ulability and hypocoagulability subtypes.Wewill introduce the concept evolution,phenotype classification and transformation,and re⁃search prospect of trauma-induced coagulopathy in this review.
