单孔胸腔镜与传统开胸术在肋骨肿瘤治疗中的应用效果研究

摘　　要：目的分析胸腔镜肋骨肿瘤切除术与传统开胸肋骨肿瘤切除术的应用效果。方法回顾性分析2020年6月至2021年1月该院胸外科收治的手术治疗的肋骨肿瘤患者36例,按不同手术方式分为胸腔镜组和开胸组,每组18例。比较2组患者手术时间、术中出血量、术后引流量、引流管放置时间、住院时间、术后疼痛视觉模拟评分、术后并发症发生情况等。结果胸腔镜组患者术中出血量、术后引流量、引流管留置时间,以及术后6、12、24、48 h疼痛视觉模拟评分、术后并发症发生率、住院时间均明显少于开胸组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组患者手术时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论与传统开胸肋骨肿物切除术比较,单操作孔胸腔镜肋骨肿物切除术疗效更佳,更具有推广应用价值。Objective To analyze the application effect of thoracoscopic rib tumor resection and traditional open rib tumor resection.Methods A total of thirty-six patients with rib tumors admitted to the thoracic surgery department of the hospital for surgical treatment from June 2020 to January 2021 were retrospectively analyzed and divided into the thoracoscopic group and the open group according to different surgical methods,with 18 cases in each group.The operating time,intraoperative bleeding,postoperative drainage,drainage tube placement time,hospital stay,postoperative pain visual analogue score and postoperative complications occurred in the two groups were compared.Results The amount of intraoperative bleeding,postoperative drainage,duration of drainage tube placement,and pain visual analogue scores at 6,12,24 and 48 h postoperatively,the incidence of postoperative complications and hospital stay were significantly less in the thoracoscopic group than in the open group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The differences was not statistically significant(P>0.05);when comparing the operative time between the 2 groups.Conclusion Compared with traditional open-chest rib mass resection,single-operator thoracoscopic rib mass resection has better efficacy and is more valuable for promotion.
