城乡社区疫情防控中的女性市民行为考察——基于浙江省台州市的问卷调查

摘　　要：文章采用实地观察法、问卷调查法等研究方法,考察浙江省台州市城乡社区各项疫情防控措施落实的有效性和女性市民的行为表现。描述统计、差异性比较和因果关系分析均表明,党中央的决策部署在台州市得到全面贯彻,普通民众自觉遵守相关规定、加强自我防护,女性市民在其中发挥了独特的作用,“内防扩散、外防输入”的疫情防控阻击战取得了阶段性胜利。针对研究中发现的“迁怒于人”“心理抗拒”“表里不一”三种现象和女性样本市民的行为表现,从基层社区“善治”视角提出若干对策建议。Based on the methods including field observation and questionnaire survey,the article investigated the effectivenss of various epidemic prevention and control measures implemented,and the behavioral expression of female citizens in urban and rural communities in Taizhou,Zhejiang province.The descriptive statistics,difference comparison and causality analysis all showed that the decision and arrangements of the CPC Central Committee have been fully implemented in Taizhou.The public consciously followed the relevant regulations and strengthened self-protection.The female citizens had played a unique role in preventing the coronavirus from spreading within the city,and the prevention of imported cases.Regarding to the three phenomena found and the behavioral expression of female sample citizens in the study,some countermeasures and suggestions were proposed from the perspective of“good governance”in grassroots communities.
