摘 要:针对高价值炮弹引信在靶场测试时,弹载发射装置发出的射频信号被出炮口的复杂电磁干扰屏蔽,导致引信遥测数据严重丢包的问题,提出一种引信弹道数据遥测方法。该方法以SX1280高速射频收发模块和STM32F407ZGT6最小系统板为核心控制单元,Flash闪存为中转数据库。在模拟的电磁干扰环境下测试其性能,并对比不同有效传输速率下的最优及最远传输距离,结果表明,有效传输速率为1.3 Mb/s,地面接收装置700 m左右分段布置时,可实现最佳遥测效果。Aiming at the problem that radio frequency signals emitted by the missile launcher were shielded by complex electromagnetic interference from the muzzle when the high-value projectile fuze was tested in the shooting range,resulting in serious packet loss of the fuze telemetry data,this paper proposed a fuze ballistic data testing method.This method was based on the SX1280 high-speed radio frequency transceiver module and the STM32F407ZGT6 minimum system board as the control core.Not only could the data in the fuze bore be effectively obtained,but also the external ballistic data could be obtained in real time after exiting the muzzle.In a simulated electromagnetic interference environment,tests of working status,packet error rate and transmission distance were carried out,which proved the rationality of the method and the feasibility of realizing the effective acquisition of the full trajectory test data of the fuze during the actual measurement in the shooting range.
