摘  要:为保证FSEC赛事的公平性与安全性,大赛制定了严格的规定,其中,安全回路是保证赛车电气系统安全的最重要环节,在整车高压部分设置预充电回路,可以有效缓解在赛车上高压过程中产生的巨大压升,进而保证动力电池与整车电气安全。论文根据电路基础理论知识计算得出预充电阻与预充继电器的具体参数,利用Simulink软件仿真赛车高压上电过程,设计预充电回路的布置方案,对比设置预充电回路与未设置预充电回路的上高压过程的不同,验证设计效果。最终,将设计成果运用于实车,展现出了良好的准确性与鲁棒性。In order to ensure the fairness and safety of the FSEC event,the competition has formulated strict regulations.Among them,the safety circuit is the most important link to ensure the safety of the racing electrical system.A pre-charging circuit is installed in the high voltage part of the vehicle to effectively relieve the high voltage on the racing car.The huge pressure rise generated in the process ensures the electrical safety of the power battery and the entire vehicle.According to the basic theoretical knowledge of the circuit,the specific parameters of the pre-charge resistance and the pre-charge relay are calculated,and the Simulink software is used to simulate the high-voltage power-on process of the racing car.The layout of the pre-charge circuit is designed and the pre-charge circuit is set and the pre-charge circuit is not set.The difference in the high-pressure process verifies the design effect.In the end,the design results were applied to real vehicles,showing good accuracy and robustness.
