摘　　要：针对目前所用压延法生产的覆盖胶胶片及其他橡胶制品胶片存在密实度低及夹杂气泡等问题,提出了一种新型宽幅胶片挤出模,创新设计出一种折叠式双鱼尾式型腔宽幅胶片挤出模。使得橡胶熔体流经V型双鱼尾式挤出模后经过挤出、铺展及压延后得到所需厚度及宽度的宽幅胶片制品。Aimed at the problems of low compactness and inclusion of bubbles of coating rubber sheets and other rubber products for the current calendering process,the new extrusion mould of wide rubber sheet was put forward,which has an innovative folded double-fishtail cavity.The wide rubber sheet product can be obtained by the extrusion of V-shaped double fishtail extrusion mould and the calendering of double roll calender.
