摘 要:2,2’-联吡啶是联吡啶异构体之一,在化工和药物中间体的制备方面有广泛应用。2,2’-联吡啶的常规制备方法中,催化剂的分离及回收套用过程繁琐,且对环境污染严重,因而难以实现工业化生产。本文采用钯碳催化法合成2,2’-联吡啶,该生产工艺操作过程简单,且经济成本低,对环境污染小,可用于工业化生产。2,2’-bipyridine is one of the bipyridine isomers, which is widely used in the preparation of chemical and pharmaceutical intermediates. In the conventional preparation method of 2,2’-bipyridine, the separation and recycling process of the catalyst is cumbersome, and the environmental pollution is serious, so it is difficult to realize industrial production. In this paper, the palladium-carbon catalytic method is used to synthesize 2,2’-bipyridine. The production process is simple in operation, low in production cost and low in environmental pollution, and can be used in industrial production.
